The Deacons have run Vanaheim Equestrian for several generations, passing it down from mother to daughter, and the time has come for Rachel Deacon to take the reins. Coming back to the family yard will be very different as at Vanaheim, most of the staff stay on site in a residence built just next to the main house and meals are taken together around the same table. It's generally informal, and it's not an uncommon occurrence to see escaped ponies wandering around looking for cookie.
Vanaheim will still continue its former tradition of showing Shires and Highland Ponies under its new leadership while also introducing Warmbloods in all of he Olympic disciplines. As there is a lot of undeveloped land around Vanaheim, Rachel hopes to put together a riding academy and boarding service, and maybe even find space for veterinary clinic.
