[ I've been thinking for a long time how to present you my horses made by others, because I don't want to „prefer“ a horse from anyone. You all put your time and effort in them, and every single horse has this „special thing“. I love every horse very much, and I feel honored owning them. So I decided to show you all horses in one post here. They are not sorted by preference, they are sorted by the approximate date I got them, and more horses from one person are in one part together.
And a BIG thank you to all of you for creating such amazing horses! ]
Here is our LSS Smart D'Light Hero, a liver chestnut stallion. He is around the Silver G for a longer time, he moved two times with us. He is very gentle and sweet, but very fast under the saddle, so he is nothing for beginner. But he is always willing to please the rider and he takes good care of him. So no sneaking into the bushes while riding out He was made by @pawwars (Gwen Parker)
These beautiful horses were made by @CascabelRanch . he first one, I want to show you is the impressive CSR Little Blue Lena. We got her as a yearling, and she was a very curious and fast learning filly. She is now four years old and is ridden for two months now. She is a fast responsive young mare.
The next wonderful mare is CSR Golden Gemini. A shy sensible mare. She arrived at the Silver G also as a yearling, and we wanted to use her as a broodmare. But she developed so good, and she got so beautiful, so I decided to show her on competitions too! She got more confident and she is one of the sweetest mares I have. She is only ridden for two months, but she is working like a pro! And she is a real looker!
This Colt's name is CSR Geminis Shining Silk, out of my best broodmare! As a yearling he was a timid boy, always hiding behind something, and hard to catch. He was very shy but with a lot of patience and time he got one of the most beautiful stallions I own! I let him out with older stallions for a year and he came back totally different! My boys did a very good job on him. He is now a proud stallion and presents him very well! But he is always respectful and patient. He is also currently in training, and he is absolutely stunning and doing so good!
CSR Smart As A Kat is a new mare standing at the Silver G, she is out with the other mares. I haven't ridden her much, but she is really sweet. I want to train her during wintertime.
Look at those beautys! They were bred by @Scarlet
The names of these horses are from left to right: LER Lil Smoked Honey, LER Beau's Liberty Rose and LER Just A Lopin Dun. These girls are three years old and I want to break them in next year! I am so exited to try them out soon! They are of course basic halter trained and they know everything a young horse has to know.
Honey is a well built filly, which loves to be around people. She is always curious and very intelligent. She is not afraid of anything. She will be a very good mare!
Libby is like her mother. A little moody, but really sweet and gentle! She is also intelligent and loves to see new things. You can drive with a truck near her, and she is not even moving one ear. Her only thing is with dogs. She is not really knowing what she wants to think about them.
Lopey is a little bit nervous and a bit uncomfortable with new things. You need time with her, you have to show her new things with patience. But you have to show her things only one time, after that she is okay with those things. And she is a real stunner with her color!
If you want to have a companion at your side, just choose LER Lonesome Affair! He is very patient and brave. He is also not ridden, but during a roundpen session I decided to sit on his back and walk a round. He did so great! He wasn't irritated by the weight from me, and I think I will try him soon in the arena.
Those horses were made by my good friend @Frankie
D/Z Skip's Hollywood Chex, I think you know that name. I am his new owner, and so proud to have him! He is so sweet and gentle, a real gem in my stable! I also own his full brother. He loves to go go on trail rides, and you could let a child ride on him.
D/Z Smooth Sailing Cat is, like his name says, a horse with extremely smooth and comfortable gaits. He has no stallion behaviour and you can let him out near mares, and he will peacefully stand there and eat his grass. He is such a lovely boy. He is always happy and makes me smile.
D/Z Zippo Pine Bar is totally different than Smooth! He is a strong minded stallion, he sees everything around him. That makes riding him a bit difficult, because he can't concentrate that much on one thing. But this is getting better every time we work with him! We expect his first foal in the next foal season!
D/Z Snapper Dunny Bar is after her red stallion D/Z Snapper Pete Bar and we are so proud of owning this offspring! She is a good allround mare, she is afraid of nearly nothing, she is a AQH like it should be. She is well listening, easy to ride and very happy.
D/Z Chasing Lil Ghosts is not only a looker with her color, no, she is also very good in her mind! She is still young, just broken in and she took immediately care of a foal who lost her mother during birth. She is so lovely with this filly, and she is acting like the little one is all hers.
Did you know, that we own also horses from @OtterCreekStables ? No? Here are the two horses we own from there!
First, our mare OCS Illusion Of A Rose a very quick responding mare. She is after OCS Moonlight Illusionist. She can be a little stubborn sometimes, but if you give her time to think about it, she is a very good horse! She is clever and sometimes she is hard to catch. She loves to play with humans. She is always finding some new stuff to make us laught at. Last time she broke out of her stable and ate all carrots.
The next one is OCS Red Pine Peppy, a joyful mare. She is trained in allround western, and you can do everything with her. She is very nice to ride, she is also rideable by beginners. She is the private horse from my trainer Roscoe Ainsworth who bought her after he left OCS after getting his trainer licence there. Seeing her and Roscoe working together is always so good to watch, they are in harmony together.
Last but not least my horses I bought from @breannakristine .
This amazing boy is ZR I'mma Mobster, and he is a very clever boy. He is trained in reining, and an expert in his discipline. He is very fast, agile and very quick responding! It's always a pleasure to ride him. He has one of the most incredible presence, all eyes are on him, when he is around. He is so photogenic, I don't have even one photo who he looks not good. He can also do some tricks! The perfect horse for us and one of my favourite stallions.
ZR Hot Diggity is a new stallion here at the Silver G, but he is really impressive! He has a very good conformation, his head is just perfect. He is respectful in handling him. I haven't ridden him much, so I can't tell you how he is. But I will train him more during wintertime.
ZR Goodnight Suzanna is a very big but friendly mare. She is staying with her best friend ZR Misty May in the open stable with the broodmares and fillys. It was such a hard time, so I had almost no time for those two girls. But you can take her out of the field, tack them up and you can have the bet ride outide with them. Suzanna is a very good mare, I really want to spend more time with her. But with all those foals and young horses. I think I have to change something soon!
ZR Misty May has a wonderful shade of dunkskin. She is also currently not ridden that much, but she is all present when she has to. She is not liking dogs so much, so Roscoe can't ride this confident mare. You can sit on her back without any saddle and go on a enjoyable trip thorough the woods. She makes me feel good and I can forget all the stress I have around me.
Of course we own some more horses and also new ones, but first they have to arrive at the Silver G Ranch and I have to sort out the photos I took of them. More pictures are coming soon, so stay tuned!
