Severine's story doesn't start at the typical, small house. Her story begins further back, in her teen years.
Severine was your average 16 year old girl, raised with horses, got decent grades, loved dances and getting the attention of every college around.
Severine also wasn't your average girl either.
She loved to read short stories. Loved Flick. Loved everything about galloping full tilt, the wind blowing through her hair as Flick bolted through pastures, knocking over small limbs.
Severine was the daughter of Sol and Sacha Loupe, owners of Loupe Family Farm. They stopped raising the baroque breeds with Severine got injured during a hunting trip with her brother. Sadly, Renard didn't make it. They had challenged each other to a small race, Renard on Noel; Severine on Flick.
Severine doesn't like to think about that. She just enjoys the company of the two horses, both a reminder of her brother's bubbly personality and fate.
Sol and Sacha Loupe met in high school, they dated on and off. Nothing ever really serious, until the fateful day Sacha came to Sol and said she was expecting.
Sol didn't run, he stood, looking at the girl with her eyes fearful and glistening with tears, dropped on one knee and asked her to marry him.
They married, and (3 days later. XD) Severine was born.
They were happy, they were sad, there were so many hard times that they couldn't count them anymore.
Slowly they built their home from the ground up, slowly adding and subtracting walls and foundations until they successfully were able to call their house a home.
Part two will be available next week so stay tuned!
