A LITTLE DUMP
Get to know the new faces.
DEVON'S AGENT SCULLY
This beauty came to us with a few handling issues and her owner decided to make Devon Hills their permanent home. The duo will take lessons and compete in show hunters. Dana is a very smart mare with a mind of her own, she can be difficult to ride at times but Chiara knows her inside out and handles all the quirks without problem.
Royally bred and badly handled most of her life, Riva was a shy skittish mare up to her six years of age. After Farley took over her training Riva blossoemd into a confident and trustworthy mount. She's a quick learner and is shaping up to be one of the most exciting athletes in the barn.
This is another well bred horse for the top of the sport and certainly has the athleticism and scope to fly over the biggest fences. Kat has been terribly unlucky with his riders so far and has a bad reputation of dumping them mid course, specially over water jumps. With consistent training, a firm hand a whole lot of schooling over spooky jumps, Kat still has yet to prove himself on the big shows and he's slowly but surely rising up to the task.
DEVON'S GINGER SNAPS
Her name says everything you need to know about this mare. Ginger is the fast and furious type, her sensitiveness combined with her short temper makes all riders feel like they're sitting in a TNT barrel. Fortunately, Gigner's attitude is her way of having fun and only the ones who see past the bucking and pinned ears can enjoy the feeling of riding a horse who will overcome anything to please.
On the words of his former owner: this gelding is black of body and black of soul. Raven, also know as Twat around the barn, is an incredibly smart horse who learned all the bad habits a horse can possibly learn and all trainers so far have given up on him. Of course Annie refused to believe he couldn't be fixed. As you can tell by the picture, the training is going really well.
There's a lot more coming really soon!
