@RachelWillis I thought they would be a nice addition, originally for Dressage for the younger riders but we had them pull their applications out so now they just shown in halter
My past hiatus have been wrapped around me and my depression, this one is a more serious terms.
My dad was diagnosed with lymphoma cancer today. The best news is that it has an 85% success rate! However Monday he goes in for surgery to get a tumor removed out of his lung, which is as far as the doctors know non-cancerous. I'll be taking a 3 week hiatus since he'll be in the hospital for some odd days next week, and then a 2 week break from work. It'll be crazy since I have work during the week and have to focus on my dad.
It'll be great to just focus on family and take a break from trying to build my stable and working on spreadsheets for my horses.
My hiatus won't be until my dad is out of the hospital, we aren't entirely sure how long he'll be staying in there either.
'Normally he hangs around me trying to get some more treats, in this case it was another carrot. But I think I broke his heart when I gave the last half of a carrot to Mezmer who gets worked hard every day. So he walked off after I put his halter and lead rope into the tack area for Shannon's horses. He decided to graze by my saddle and PURPOSELY knock it off the fence.'
